Accommodation & Facilities

Conifers Residential Care Home offers single rooms of generous size, comfortably furnished, some including their own en-suite facilities. We are equipped with 24-hour nurse-call system, and have assisted bathroom facilities. We have full central heating, bedside and ceiling lighting and personal television in each room. Residents are encouraged to transform their room into their own home, and surround themselves with their own personal possessions. Our two large, bright lounges offer a relaxing environment, providing an ideal setting for regular entertainment for residents.

Meals

Within our spacious dining room, we offer a varied choice of freshly prepared home cooking. Any special dietary requirements are fully catered for. Individual requests are taken into consideration. Residents are always welcome to invite guests to enjoy a meal with them by prior arrangement.

Garden

The attractive garden is well tended with outside seating for the summer months. It is regularly maintained by our gardener, and is ideal for entertaining visitors.

Activities

We encourage and assist residents in maintaining their social and recreational interests. Residents are also encouraged to use local community services such as libraries, churches, drop-in-centres and many others. We assist residents in the planning and organisation of their own holiday, if they wish. Newspapers are delivered everyday.
